DMA Whitepaper on vulnerable customers

Any customer can be vulnerable according to the new whitepaper from the DMA’s vulnerable consumer taskforce, and companies will benefit by treating these customers appropriately. It is reassuring to note that the taskforce and Sonex have a similar approach to vulnerability and the key message of giving the customer the power to control their own experience is already ingrained in to our processes and procedures.
